I am a historian and writer from San Juan, Puerto Rico, currently working full-time as an archivist in preservation.
My writing has appeared in the New York Times, The Guardian, Washington Post, Whetstone, The Nation, and other publications. I’ve done translation for Time on a project basis, as well as research work for various outlets and podcasts.
I have a master’s degree in international relations from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, and I work in both English and Spanish.
